Refunds for subscriptions purchased via the app store must be requested directly from Apple or Google.
Apple (iOS): Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund.
Google (Android): You can request a refund through the Google Play Store account page within 48 hours of purchase.
If you subscribed via our web portal (Stripe), please use the "Send Feedback" form to contact our support team regarding your refund.
